Who is behind it
Digital Sentinel is written by Isabel Castillo, Lead Information Security Engineer at Lastwall, where she works on identity and post-quantum security. She holds certifications across cloud security, incident response and security analysis — AWS Security – Specialty, GIAC GCIH, CompTIA CySA+ and Security+ among them.
She has been quoted on cybersecurity careers, diversity and post-quantum readiness by Security Magazine, Silicon Republic, Cyber Daily and the Techday network.
This site exists because of a gap she kept running into while earning those certifications: plenty of material explains what a technique is, very little shows someone actually doing it and being honest about the parts that did not work. Everything published here is written to close that gap.

If a command appears on this site, it was run. Output is real output. Nothing is reconstructed from memory afterwards.
Within the rules
Retired boxes are written up in full. Anything still live on a platform gets the method and none of the answers — no leaked flags, nothing that undercuts someone else’s learning.
